Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel within 6 months or more in advance;

  • The $499 deposit/your full pay is REFUNDABLE minus the processing fee 3% of the prior payment

     

If you wish to cancel within 3 – 6 months in advance;

  • The $499 deposit is NON – REFUNDABLE

  • A refund or booking credit for a future Gypsea Retreat, minus the $499 deposit


If you wish to cancel within 3 months of the retreat;

  • NO REFUNDS – Due to the costs associated with prior retreat bookings, we are unable to refund the money already paid for your space. We hope you understand that, as a small business, we must adhere to this policy.

Transferring to another retreat

You can transfer to another date up to 30 days before the original retreat commences

Transfers are only applied to the same length of retreat/cost at a later date, or price difference paid

Failed to attend the retreat or leave before completion

NO REFUNDS (Medical Certificate is required if non-participation is due to medical reasons)​

Failure to Pay

All payments must be paid within 30 days to the retreat commencing


If failed to do so, your participation is cancelled, unless otherwise communicated.

If we cancel a retreat

You will receive a full refund including the booking deposit or full credit to a future Gypsea Retreat
